In 2018, I was lucky enough to participate in the Online News Association's Women's Leadership Accelerator, a week-long program that provides mentoring and coaching for women in digital journalism. One of the things we talk about a lot in the cohort is how there's a serious lack of mentoring for women in media, and we wanted to pay it forward after experiencing these amazing programs.
So, we launched the Cohort Coaching program, where several women who have been through the ONA and Poynter women's leadership programs are offering free coaching and mentoring for other women in digital journalism.
